dj kinglion has been a seasoned dj for 3 decades, and has maintained a following not only in the house music genre, but also reggae music ,working also as dj /studio engineer for world reknown singers and groups. As a house music fan, he has learn from some of the best in the biz , he was a good friend of  the late Allen Anderson, who was a prodigee  of Tony Humpries, but his love for house music goes back to the Paradise Garage listening to Larry Levan, also Timmy Regisford of Club Shelter, since then he has captured the concepts of both dj's to create his own. His idea of a great house dj is programming beats to make them connect effortlessly and to create a story in a listeners mind. He has then held dj residency at clubs in New York /NJ /Florida and abroad. Always on the cutting edge with his selections he can take listeners on a  musical journey with reggae, jazz, acoustic instrumentals, funk, soul and afro grooves. Now connecting with his roots as he stated, he brings Africas finest artistes and bands into his selection, he strongly believes music is connected to the drum, which is the instrument found throughout Africa.  He says, "if you listen to most music forms, it's  the drum that takes you, this is what drives you to dance, what would dance music be without the drums". He lives by this statement, and this what he plans to bring to you in his mixes.
